1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products provided by Dune Sailmakers, including the manufacture, sale, and repair of boat sails, shade sails, and awnings, as well as other related products.

By ordering any product or service, the customer agrees to these terms.

2. Orders and Deadlines

• Each order is handled individually, with estimated production and/or repair times indicated at the time of confirmation.

• Deadlines are approximate and may change due to force majeure or supplier delays.

3. Payments

• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, or other previously agreed-upon method.

• For customized products or services, a 100% deposit may be required upon confirmation of the service.

4. Warranty and Complaints

• All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, in accordance with current legal terms.

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance, or atmospheric phenomena.

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 business days of delivery of the product or service.

5. Atmospheric Phenomena – Disclaimer

Dune Sailmakers is not responsible for any damage caused by atmospheric phenomena, such as:

- Strong winds or extreme gusts

- Storms

- Heavy rain or hail

- Prolonged exposure to the sun without proper maintenance

Shade sails and awnings should be retracted or properly protected whenever severe weather is forecast. Their durability also depends on correct installation and proper use.

6. Technical Drawings

All drawings, projects, and custom products developed by Dune Sailmakers are the property of the company and may not be reproduced without prior authorization.

7. Changes to Terms

Dune Sailmakers reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will always be available on the official website.
